I'm looking for someone to take over the lease of my wonderful room in a brand new condo in Redhill which is literally 2 mins walk away from Redhill MRT. I've recently left my job and won't be needing it. Short term (~5 months) will be considered but preferred would be taking over the lease for the remainder year and ~3 months. The room is a common room in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment so effectively you have your own room and bath. Shared common areas include a full kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer; large balcony, living room/dining, and store room. The housemate staying in the master is a banking professional and rarely around. The condo has full facilities: tennis court, lap infinity pool, and BBQs on ground floor; gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi on 22nd floor; sky entertainment area including a entertainment room and bbq on the 45th floor; and sitting and other entertainment areas (like xbox and snooker floor) scattered on different floors throughout the building.
